Pupu: Put on Enc-None and encounter a UFO in these locations:
1. Outside of Winhill.
2. East of Timber where the blocked train tracks are.
3. Cactuar Island.
4. Island at the end of Heath Peninsula (east of Trabia Garden).
Then go to the cavern right above Chocobo Shrine.
You will encounter a UFO. Destroy the UFO.
Then go to where Garden use to be.
You will fight Pupu. Give him 5 elixers and you will get his card.
Chubby Chocobo: Queen of Cards on disc 4.
Angelo: Watt.
Gilgamesh: CC King.
Minimog: Kid running around garden in the hallway.
Chicobo: Summon a chocobo in every Chocobo Forest and get a stone from the chocobo. Then go to the Chocobo Forest where the chocobos are gathering (Chocobo Shrine).
Quezacotl: Mayor of FH.
Shiva: Give Girl Next Door to Zone for free.
Ifrit: Beat Ifrit.
Siren: Dollet Pub owner
Sacred&Minotaur: Beat them in the Tomb of The Unknown King.
Carbuncle: CC Queen.
Diablo: Beat Diablo.
Leviathan: CC Joker
Odin: Beat Odin
Pandemona: Zell's neighbors.
Cerberus: Beat Cerberus.
Alexander: Piet in outer space.
Phoenix: Queen of Cards on disc 4.
Bahamut: Beat Bahamut.
Doomtrain: Queen of Cards on disc 4.
Eden: Beat Ultimaweapon.
Ward: Dr.Odine.
